Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join the team at Concise Financial Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and ambitions to progress their career with great future prospects for the right candidate.

The position is offered either as employed with a competitive basic salary and generous commission structure or self-employed basis. In both cases the role will be flexible in working location and hours with an initial income guarantee for the first 6 months and an uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively deliver on-going advice to clients (provided by Concise FS, external business partners and self-sourced), taking account of the regulatory and legislative environment
• Working in a team with the professional support staff, ensure client needs and circumstances are executed in a timely and satisfactory manner
• On an on-going basis identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients to ensure that all their needs are met
• Manage existing relationships with external business partners as well as identify and develop new connections
• Responsible for remaining competent and up to-date on legislation as an adviser through qualifications and training

Expertise / Knowledge

• Experience in working within a mortgage advice environment
• Sound technical advising knowledge to current legislation and experience using mortgage and protection research and sourcing software
• Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply in a friendly and pro-active manner
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Full CeMAP Qualification or industry equivalent
• Full UK Driving license
